Swiss Cantonal Banks to Offer Bitcoin, Ethereum Services

Several cantonal banks in Switzerland are reportedly planning to offer services for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

According to a recent report by Finanz und Wirtschaft, the Cantonal Bank of Zürich (ZKB) is among the banks that are preparing to launch crypto services. The move could significantly expand the role of traditional finance in the country's crypto landscape.

Three cantonal banks—Zug, St. Gallen and Lucerne—have already been offering services for cryptocurrencies for about six months.

The report also suggests that ten state banks are preparing to launch their own crypto services, as Finanz und Wirtschaft noted.

Meanwhile, several cryptocurrencies are attracting attention based on their utility and potential for return on investment (ROI). One such cryptocurrency is Angry Pepe Fork (APORK).
