BlockDAG (BDAG) Steals the Show as the Crypto Market Bounces Back
Apr 26, 2025 at 07:00 am
The crypto market is bouncing back, and traders are zeroing in on projects that combine momentum with real value. BlockDAG (BDAG) is up 2380%, riding high on Bitcoin's

Aptos (APT) price rose by 22% in seven days. The price surged as Bitcoin (BTC) continued to recover.
Aptos price is now up by 168% from the March low. The recovery was driven by several factors, including:
* Bitcoin’s momentum: As Bitcoin pushes towards the $50,000 resistance, it has also supported the recovery of other cryptocurrencies, including Aptos.
* Expo 2025 anticipation: Aptos is expected to play a role in Expo 2025, which will be held in Osaka, Japan. This role could involve using Aptos technology for various aspects of the Expo.
* Demand for next-generation smart contract platforms: With the increasing demand for next-generation smart contract platforms like Aptos, the focus will be on platforms like Aptos that offer high throughput, low latency, and developer-friendly tools.
* Programming language: Aptos’s Move programming language is being recognized for its safety and modularity, contrasting it with chains compatible with Ethereum’s (ETH) Virtual Machine (EVM), which are largely focused on programmability.
However, despite the recent gains, Aptos is still in the early stages of adoption. It lacks the widespread engagement of projects like BlockDAG, which offers a more comprehensive ecosystem with a strong community aspect.
AAVE price broke through the $150 resistance and is now eyeing a move to $170 to $200. According to AMBCrypto, the technical breakout was supported by increased whale activity and interest in decentralized finance (DeFi).
AAVE’s DeFi lending platform has seen increased attention in recent times as stablecoin demand soars and the upcoming integration of GHO stablecoin is expected to add to AAVE’s utility.
While AAVE is poised for further gains, its growth will depend on the overall health of the DeFi sector. The upside potential may be limited unless new users join the network or new use cases are developed.
Aptos and AAVE have been making headlines with their technical upgrades and new developments. But another project is quickly becoming a presale legend for its staggering returns and unique engagement strategies.
BlockDAG (BDAG) has already raised over $217.5 million in its presale, with early investors smashing through a 2,380% ROI.
The project is also forging ahead with some major milestones. At the 7th AMA, the team provided updates on two security audits by Halborn and CertiK, the Beta Testnet now processing over 800 transactions per second, and 34 global nodes supporting the expanding network.
In a surprising move, BlockDAG recently slashed the price of Batch 27 tokens to just $0.0025. This gives latecomers an incredible opportunity to join at a massively discounted rate.
To make things even hotter, BlockDAG is rolling out Buyer Battles. Every day, 25 million BDAG coins are available to be sold. If all the coins aren’t bought by the time the day ends, the biggest buyer claims the remaining tokens. It’s a fun and competitive way for the community to earn more BDAG.
BlockDAG is also making mining accessible with the X1 Miner, which can be used on any smartphone. The project is also heating up Testnet with a $60,000 payout program for miners, and they’ll soon be hosting events in Panama and Dubai.
From technology to community, BlockDAG is making serious moves in 2025.
