These 5 Coins Made After the Year 2000 Are Worth Up to $2,000

If you're an avid coin collector, then you know that some coins are worth more than others. But did you know that some coins minted after the year 2000 are worth up to $2,000?

That's right, there are a handful of rare coins that have been discovered in recent years, and they're quickly becoming some of the most valuable coins on the market.

One of these coins is the 2004 Wisconsin State Quarter Error Coin, which was struck twice and features an extra spruce tree to the right of the state outline. According to The Spruce Crafts, some coins have sold for $100 to $200, while a PCGS-graded Denver MS-67 sold for nearly $800 on eBay.

Another valuable coin is the 2005 Kansas State Quarter Error Coin, which is missing the "S" mint mark. This coin is particularly rare, as only a few examples have been found. One coin was graded PCGS MS-66 and sold for $1,200 on eBay, while another coin was graded PCGS MS-67 and sold for $1,800.

Finally, there's the 2005-P Jefferson Nickel Error Coin, which was struck on a dime planchet. This coin is incredibly rare, and only a handful of examples are known to exist. One coin was graded PCGS MS-66 and sold for $2,000 on eBay.

If you find any of these coins in your spare change, then be sure to hold onto them! They could be worth a lot of money.
