CoinGecko Research Highlights Blockchains with the Most Attractive Staking Yields

A recent study by CoinGecko has highlighted the top blockchains with the most attractive staking yields. Notably, only three blockchains provide yields exceeding 10%.

Leading the pack is Cosmos ($ATOM), offering an impressive staking yield of 18.5%. With a staking ratio of 59%, approximately 248.8 million ATOM tokens—valued at around $1.2 billion —are currently staked on the network.

Following closely is Polkadot ($DOT), which provides a yield of 11.5%. It has a staking ratio of 56%, with a total volume of 853.2 million DOT worth approximately $3.7 billion staked.

Tezos ($XTZ) rounds out the top three, offering staking yields of 10.0%. Tezos boasts a higher staking ratio of 68%, with around 699.6 million XTZ valued at about $470.6 million staked in the network.

Here’s a quick overview of the highest staking yields across various blockchains:

1. $ATOM – 18.5%

2. $DOT – 11.5%

3. $XTZ – 10.0%

4. $AVAX – 8.0%

5. $APT – 7.0%

6. $SOL – 7.0%

7. $TRX – 5.0%

8. $ETH – 3.0%

9. $ADA – 3.0%

10. $SUI – 3.0%

11. $HBAR – 0.19%

Our latest study found that only 3 blockchains offer yields of 10% and above.

Cosmos ($ATOM) has the highest staking yield among blockchains at 18.5%, followed by @Polkadot ($DOT) with 11.5%, and @tezos ($XTZ) with 10.0%.
