Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has launched a new platform called “on-chain score” for crypto wallets.
Onchainscore.xyz evaluates crypto wallets for their “onchain-nativeness” on a scale of 1-100 and provides data on the wallet's activity history, token swaps, bridge transactions, and the number of transactions on Ethereum (ETH) and the layer-2 scaling solution Base.
Armstrong shared the results for his own wallet, which scored an 83/100 and a 66 on the “Talent Protocol Builder Score.”
Onchainscore.xyz currently accepts Ox addresses but states that Ethereum Name Service (ENS) and Basenames capability will be available soon.
In May, Armstrong highlighted that layer-2 scaling solutions such as Base are enabling a surge in crypto use cases with lower fees and faster transaction times.
