Chillguy (CHILLGUY) has been making headlines in recent days as the meme coin continues to see massive gains. The token price shot up from $0.018 to $0.05 in just days, marking a 177% increase.
The cryptocurrency is trading at $0.0464 at press time, up 21.96% over the past 24 hours. It has a circulating supply of 1 billion tokens and a total supply of 1 billion tokens.
Chillguy Is Heating Up
On April 28, trading volume surged 83% to $34.5 million, according to Coinpedia. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 68.60, while the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is flashing bullish vibes.
If this momentum continues, we might see Chillguy hit $0.70 or even $1.

Onchain metrics show that some whales have entered the Chillguy trade. One whale reportedly bought $500,000 worth of the meme coin.
The token is also seeing impressive participation from the community. According to Dexscreener, more than 132,000 wallets hold Just A Chillguy on Solana.
This whale put over half a million dollars into #chillguy. Probably nothing though…

Could A Major Exchange Listing Be Next For Chillguy?
The hype surrounding Chillguy is immense on X, with many calling it the meme coin of 2025. The “Chill Guy” meme has garnered 600 million TikTok views, and even Elon Musk has made a reference to it.
Exchanges such as KuCoin, Bitget, and Crypto.com have already listed the token, providing ample liquidity. There are also rumors circulating about a possible Coinbase or Binance spot listing, which could further boost the token’s value.
Moreover, Solana’s low transaction fees and high throughput are attracting a large number of wallet holders, with over 111,000 joining the network.
What Is Next For Chillguy?
However, the journey of Chillguy has not been without its hitches. The meme’s creator, Phillip Banks, expressed displeasure over the token using his art and dropped some legal threats, which led to a 16% decline in the token price back in December 2024.
Furthermore, there was a messy X account hack tied to Banks, where a fake news article about a licensing deal was spread, plunging the token further into a bear market.
Despite these setbacks, the Chillguy crew remains strong, backed by $5.1 million in locked liquidity. It’s important to note that the token is still 80% below its November 2024 high of $0.58.
