Scroll expansion has secured listings on five major centralized exchanges (CEXs) serving the region as part of this strategic partnership.

Bitrue, a leading centralized cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a strategic partnership with Scroll, a prominent Ethereum scaling solution, to expand access to the blockchain ecosystem in Southeast Asia (SEA).
This partnership marks a critical milestone for Scroll's mission to build an Open Economy, empowering users, builders, and founders. SEA has emerged as a global hub for Web3 innovation, and this collaboration ensures that local users can now directly engage with Scroll (SCR) using their native currencies.
Previously, SEA users had to go through a complicated process to access SCR, buying USDC on local platforms, transferring to global exchanges like Binance or OKX, and then converting to SCR. This multi-exchange workflow added significant cost and time burdens.
However, with the new partnership, five major centralized exchanges (CEXs) serving SEA have secured listings for Scroll. These exchanges include Bitkub (Thailand), Bitrue (SEA-wide), Coinstore (Indonesia & Philippines), and Coins.PH (Philippines), and HotcoinGlobal.
Now, SEA traders can seamlessly buy SCR on these exchanges using their preferred fiat currencies. This simplification is crucial for lowering the barriers to entry and encouraging broader participation in the Scroll ecosystem.
With this partnership, Bitrue is playing a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of cryptocurrencies into the everyday lives of users in Southeast Asia.
