Bitcoin price hovers around $85k as ETH, XRP and SOL stabilized near key resistance levels

As the crypto market currently goes through a void with lack of any noteworthy news and upcoming shifts, investors are playing it safe with not making any major moves.

The crypto market has seen a slight shift in the past few hours with a few tokens making gains of over 25%. However, the overall market trend remains bearish with Bitcoin price struggling to break above $86k.

In the dimmed market activity, the price of Bitcoin has been hovering around $85k since the past few days while leading altcoins like ETH, XRP and SOL stabilized near key resistance levels.

On the other hand, the memecoin sector has fallen notably in the past 24 hours with TRUMP token leading the decline.

Crypto market stalls ahead of crucial shifts

The crypto market is currently going through a void with lack of any noteworthy news and upcoming shifts. This has investors playing it safe with not making any major moves.

The trading volume for Bitcoin and other leading crypto assets has been moderate in the past few days.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin price is trading near $85,556 with a 24 hour trading volume of $29.48 billion. It currently stands at a market cap of $1.69 trillion.

ETH price has been trading near $1,630 and XRP at $2.15 where both the leading altcoins are facing key resistance. SOL price has also been found moving around $130, from where it has bounced many times in the past.

Meanwhile leading memecoins – including DOGE, SHIB, PEPE and TRUMP – have declined 4.60%, 3.27%, 4% and 5.7% respectively.

From the top gainers, MANTRA (OM) has spiked 30% today from yesterday’s low while Alchemy Pay (ACH) has surged 27% in the past 24 hours.

On the losing side, Babylon’s BABY token is leading with it decreasing 19% today.
