After a period of growth, Bitcoin's price has dipped below the $50,000 support level, potentially signaling a downward trend. Ether is also facing resistance and is trading below $4,350, while Chainlink has found resistance near the $22.80 and $23.00 levels. Other trending coins include XTZ, EOS, and NEAR, with MATIC showing strong gains.

Bitcoin's Decline Persists, Signaling Potential Dip Towards $47,250
Bitcoin (BTC), the leading cryptocurrency, has failed to break through the $52,000 resistance level despite a steady upward trend in recent weeks. The price has embarked on a downward trajectory, falling below the $50,000 support level and the 21 simple moving average (H1).
Crucially, BTC has breached the key $49,800 support level, signaling a potential continuation of the decline. Analysts anticipate that the price could plunge further towards $47,250, with additional losses potentially driving it down to $46,000.
On the upside, BTC faces resistance near $50,000 and a significant bearish trend line on the hourly chart. A突破 this resistance could lead to a rise towards $52,000.
Ethereum Corrects Lower, Bulls Seek to Recapture $4,380 Level
Ether (ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency, has encountered resistance at $4,400 and $4,425. It is currently correcting lower, trading below $4,350. A sharp decline below $4,300 was observed, but buyers remained active near $4,250. ETH has since recovered above $4,300.
To sustain its upward momentum, ETH needs to overcome the $4,380 level. A major bearish trend line with resistance near $4,380 is also forming on the hourly chart. The next key obstacle lies at $4,400, above which the price could revisit the $4,550 resistance level.
Failure to clear these hurdles could trigger a fresh decline towards $4,250. The next crucial support level is located near $4,140.
Chainlink Forms Base, Resistance Looms at $22.80
Chainlink (LINK) established a base above $17.00 and initiated an uptrend, breaking above $18.00 and $18.50. The price climbed beyond the 50% Fib retracement level of the downward move from $26.50 to $16.70.
LINK has settled above $22.00 and the 21 simple moving average (H4). It now faces resistance near $22.80 and $23.00. A significant bearish trend line with resistance around $22.80 is also visible on the 4-hour chart.
This trend line coincides with the 61.8% Fib retracement level of the aforementioned downward move. A close above $22.80 and $23.00 could potentially drive the price towards $25.00 or even $27.50. In case of a downside correction, LINK might find support near $20.00.
ADA, BNB, and DOT Show Mixed Performances
Cardano (ADA) is recovering and trading above $1.38. It currently faces resistance at $1.40. A clear breakout above this level could propel the price higher. The next major resistance is near $1.45.
Binance Coin (BNB) is exhibiting positive signs and trading above $580. It has also settled above $585, indicating a potential continuation of the upward trend. However, the primary hurdle lies near $600, beyond which the price could potentially rise towards $625.
Polkadot (DOT) is struggling to gain momentum above $29.50 and $30.00. A close above $30.00 could pave the way for a steady increase. If a fresh decline occurs, DOT might find support near $26.50.
Trending Coins: XTZ, EOS, and NEAR
XTZ, EOS, and NEAR have emerged as trending cryptocurrencies. MATIC, in particular, has surged over 18%, clearing the key $2.30 resistance zone.
