Roxom Global, a project focused on bitcoin (BTC), is launching a BTC-denominated securities exchange and a 24/7 media network dedicated entirely to the cryptocurrency.
Draper Associates, Borderless Capital, ego death and Kingsway Capital invested a total of $7.9 million in Roxom’s exchange. Additionally, RoxomTV has secured $10 million in a private funding round led by Borderless Capital, with participation from Draper Associates, Vivid Ventures, ego death, and Kingsway Capital, as announced by the company.
The exchange will feature futures, spot markets and synthetic instruments, all priced and settled in BTC. The goal is to bring Bitcoin standards to global finance, explained Roxom CEO Borja Martel Seward in the statement.
The exchange is launching in Latin America, Europe and parts of Asia and the Middle East. It is not yet available in the U.S.
Moreover, RoxomTV, a 24/7 bitcoin media network, is expanding with a new studio in London and an expanded programming lineup.
The company’s treasury currently holds 84.72 BTC, which were acquired using capital from the funding round at an average price of around $76,300 per coin.

Roxom plans to purchase a further 30 BTC in the coming weeks, which would give it a bitcoin treasury worth over $12.7 million based on the current price of $111,000.

RoxomTV’s programs are broadcast on X and streaming platforms Rumble, Twitch, Kick and Dlive. It also plans to expand to Linkedin Live, Facebook Live, TikTok and Instagram.
