Relative strength index (RSI) on the 15-minute chart showed the cryptocurrency was overbought. A breakout from the resistance at $99,000 could lead to the next resistance around $99,500.
Crypto trader Seth highlighted a "thick and sticky sell wall" as the obstacle.

Quinten Francois remained optimistic, stating the Bitcoin bull market has "just started."

Daan Crypto Trades explained that traders are shifting from altcoins to Bitcoin preemptively as it edges closer to the $100,000 milestone.
He predicts a breakout, followed by consolidation, which could lead to altcoin rebounds. Until then, Bitcoin is expected to continue absorbing liquidity.
