Xûr, Agent of the Nine

A peddler of strange curios, Xûr's motives are not his own. He bows to his distant masters, the Nine.

Xûr, Emissary of the Nine, is a mysterious vendor who appears in a Public Sector on one of the Worlds each weekend. Xûr sells Exotic equipment and only takes Legendary Shards in exchange for them.

Xûr's appearance is heralded by a message in the Director, and he can be found by following the waypoint that appears on the map. Xûr's inventory changes each week, and he typically offers a variety of Exotic weapons, armor, and Ciphers.

In addition to his regular inventory, Xûr also sells a limited number of Exotic Engrams. These Engrams can be purchased for Legendary Shards, and they have a chance of decrypting into any Exotic item in the game.
