SEC Filing: CBOE has submitted a proposed rule change to list and trade shares of the Canary PENGU ETF under Rule 14.11(e)(4) for Commodity-Based Trust Shares. The ETF, backed by memecoin $PENGU, was approved internally by CBOE on June 10, 2025. 
SEC review now underway.
