  Circle USDC basically said that Ripple lowballed them with a $5 billion offer. Circle did that to make themselves look good at Ripple’s expense. $XRP holders should not be happy about this wtf

  Why are some in the $XRP community saying Ripple offered $20 billion for Circle USDC? They don’t have that kind of capital unless they sell all of their XRP. Is that what you want?
