How to Use a Coinflip Bitcoin ATM
1. Find a Coinflip Bitcoin ATM
Use the Coinflip website or mobile app to locate an ATM near you.
2. Verify Your Identity
For transactions above $500, you must verify your identity. This involves providing your personal information, ID, and a selfie.
3. Select Buy or Sell
Choose whether you want to buy Bitcoin (BTC) or sell your BTC for cash.
4. Enter the Amount
Specify how much BTC you want to buy or sell. Coinflip displays the current exchange rate.
5. Scan QR Code or Provide Wallet Address
If buying BTC, scan your crypto wallet's QR code or enter its wallet address. If selling BTC, you can receive cash or a scannable redemption code to a mobile app.
6. Insert Cash or Scan Code
For purchases, insert cash into the ATM slot. For sales, scan the redemption code.
7. Confirm Details
Review the transaction details on the screen. Ensure the amounts, wallet addresses, and fees are correct.
8. Press Confirm
Click the "Confirm" button to initiate the transaction.
9. Receive Receipt
The ATM will print a receipt with the transaction details and a QR code for future reference.
