How to Verify Your Metamask Wallet

1. Open Metamask

  • Launch the Metamask extension in your browser.

2. Go to the "Account" Tab

  • Click on the "Account" tab from the left sidebar menu.

3. Click "Verify your wallet address"

  • At the top of the page, you will see an option that says "Verify your wallet address." Click on it.

4. Enter Your Email Address

  • A pop-up window will appear asking for your email address.
  • Enter your email address and click "Continue."

5. Check Your Email for a Verification Link

  • Metamask will send a verification email to your inbox.
  • Open the email and click on the "Verify My Wallet Address" link provided.

6. Verify Your Identity

  • The link will take you to a page where you will be asked to verify your identity.
  • You can verify your identity through a variety of methods, such as:

    • Phone number
    • Driver's license or passport

7. Complete the Verification Process

  • Once you have successfully verified your identity, you will be directed back to the Metamask extension.
  • Your wallet address will now be verified and the "Verify my wallet address" option will no longer be visible.
