How to Swap BTC to USDT on Trust Wallet
Trust Wallet is a non-custodial, mobile-first cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to store, exchange, and trade a wide variety of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Here is a step-by-step guide on how to swap BTC to USDT on Trust Wallet:
Step 1: Install Trust WalletIf you haven't already, you can download Trust Wallet from the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). Once installed, create and secure your wallet by setting up a password and passcode.
Step 2: Fund Your Wallet with BTCYou can either transfer existing BTC to your Trust Wallet or buy BTC directly from the app. To buy BTC through Trust Wallet, tap the "Buy" tab and select Bitcoin from the list of available cryptocurrencies. Enter the amount you want to buy and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.
Step 3: Navigate to SwapOnce you have BTC in your wallet, tap the "Swap" tab at the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a new screen where you can choose the cryptocurrency you want to swap from (BTC) and the cryptocurrency you want to swap to (USDT).
Step 4: Enter Swap AmountEnter the amount of BTC that you want to swap for USDT in the designated field, or use the slider to select a predefined amount. Trust Wallet will display the estimated amount of USDT that you will receive in return.
Step 5: Choose NetworkBefore confirming the swap, Trust Wallet will allow you to choose a network to use for the transaction. Different networks have different transaction fees and speeds. Select the network that best suits your needs.
Step 6: Confirm SwapReview the swap details to ensure that everything is correct. Once you are satisfied, tap the "Swap" button. Trust Wallet will send a confirmation request to your device. Enter your password and passcode to authorize the swap.
Step 7: Track TransactionThe swap process may take a few minutes to complete. You can track the progress of your transaction by tapping the "Activity" tab on the Trust Wallet home screen. Once the swap is successful, your Trust Wallet balance will be updated to reflect the new USDT balance.
