How to Stake on Atomic Wallet
Atomic Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet that allows users to store, manage, and exchange various cryptocurrencies. It also offers staking services for several cryptocurrencies, enabling users to earn passive income on their holdings.
Step 1: Open Your Atomic Wallet
Download and install Atomic Wallet if you haven't already. Create a new wallet or restore an existing one using the recovery phrase.
Step 2: Add the Crypto You Want to Stake
Atomic Wallet supports staking for several cryptocurrencies, including ATOM, MATIC, LSK, and NEAR. Purchase or transfer the cryptocurrency you want to stake to your Atomic Wallet.
Step 3: Navigate to the Staking Page
Click on the "Staking" button on the left-hand side menu. This will bring you to the staking page, which shows you the list of available cryptocurrencies for staking.
Step 4: Select the Crypto and Choose a Validator
Find the cryptocurrency you want to stake and click on it. A list of available validators will appear. Choose a validator based on factors such as commission, uptime, and location.
Step 5: Enter the Amount You Want to Stake
Enter the amount of the cryptocurrency you want to stake. You can choose to stake all or a portion of your holdings.
Step 6: Confirm and Stake
Review the details of the transaction, including the validator, amount, and estimated rewards. If everything is correct, click the "Stake" button to confirm.
Step 7: Wait for Confirmation
The staking transaction will typically be confirmed within a few minutes. Once confirmed, you will start earning rewards.
Step 8: Manage Your Stake
You can monitor your staking rewards in the "My Rewards" tab within the Staking page. You can also unstake your holdings at any time, though there may be a waiting period before you can access your funds.
