Step by Step Guide to Sending Bitcoin from Binance to Electrum Wallet

Step 1: Create a Binance Account

If you don't already have a Binance account, create one by visiting binance.com and completing the registration process.

Step 2: Fund Your Binance Account

Transfer Bitcoin (BTC) to your Binance account using any of the available methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency deposit.

Step 3: Create an Electrum Wallet

Download and install the Electrum Bitcoin wallet from electrum.org. Create a new wallet by following the on-screen instructions.

Step 4: Generate Electrum Wallet Address

In your Electrum wallet, click on "Receive" > "New Address" to generate a unique Bitcoin address. This address will be used to receive the Bitcoin you send from Binance.

Step 5: Copy Electrum Wallet Address

Copy the generated Bitcoin address by clicking on the Copy button next to it.

Step 6: Go to Binance Withdraw Page

Log in to your Binance account and navigate to the Wallet > Fiat and Spot > Withdraw page.

Step 7: Select Bitcoin Network and Enter Details

On the withdraw page, select BTC as the cryptocurrency to withdraw and paste the Electrum wallet address you copied earlier. Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to withdraw and the Memo (if any, as required by your wallet).

Step 8: Confirm Withdrawal

Click on Continue and follow the prompts to confirm the withdrawal. Enter your 2-Factor Authentication code and submit the withdrawal request.

Step 9: Monitor Transaction

Binance will process your withdrawal request, which usually takes a few minutes to several hours, depending on network congestion. You can track the status of your transaction on the Withdraw History page in your Binance account.

Step 10: Verify Bitcoin in Electrum Wallet

Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the Bitcoin should appear in your Electrum wallet. You can refresh the wallet or manually check the transaction by clicking on History and searching for the transaction ID.
