How to Retrieve MetaMask PasswordStep 1: Check for Existing Backups

Import your secret recovery phrase (12 seed phrase) from a previous backup.

Step 2: Reset Password via Email

If you have set up email recovery, click on "Forgot Password" on the MetaMask login page.
