How to Permanently Delete Trust Wallet Account

Step 1: Backup Your Wallet

Before deleting your Trust Wallet account, it's crucial to back up your wallet. If you don't backup your wallet, you will permanently lose access to your crypto assets.

To backup your Trust Wallet:

Open the Trust Wallet app on your device.
Tap on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the bottom right corner.
Scroll down and tap on "Wallet Connect".
Select "Export Private Key".
Enter your password.
Store your private key in a safe place.

Step 2: Delete Your Trust Wallet Account

Once you have backed up your wallet, you can proceed to delete your Trust Wallet account.

Open the Trust Wallet app on your device.
Tap on the "Menu" icon (three bars) in the top left corner.
Scroll down and tap on "Settings".
Tap on "Security".
Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account".

Step 3: Confirm Your Deletion

You will be asked to confirm the deletion of your account. Once you confirm, your account will be permanently deleted.

Note: After deleting your account, your transaction history and assets will no longer be accessible. Therefore, it is highly recommended to backup your wallet before deleting your account.
