How to Transfer Funds from a Wallet to OKX Exchange
Step 1: Log in to Your OKX Account
- Visit the OKX website at https://www.okx.com and click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address and password, and click on "Log In".
Step 2: Go to the Deposit Page
- Once logged in, click on the "Assets" tab in the top menu bar.
- Select "Deposit" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Choose the Coin You Want to Deposit
- On the deposit page, select the cryptocurrency you want to transfer from your wallet.
- For example, if you want to deposit Bitcoin (BTC), click on the "BTC" tab.
Step 4: Generate a Deposit Address
- On the next page, click on the "Generate a Deposit Address" button.
- This will generate a unique address for you to send your funds to.
- Copy this address to your clipboard.
Step 5: Send Funds from Your Wallet
- Open your crypto wallet and navigate to the "Send" section.
- Paste the deposit address you copied in Step 4 into the "Recipient's Address" field.
- Enter the amount of funds you want to transfer and click on the "Send" button.
Step 6: Confirm the Transfer
- Once you initiate the transfer, a confirmation window will appear.
- Review the transaction details to make sure they are correct.
- Click on the "Confirm" button to complete the transfer.
Step 7: Check Your OKX Balance
- After a few confirmations on the blockchain, your funds will appear in your OKX account.
- You can check your balance by clicking on the "Assets" tab in the top menu bar and selecting "Spot Account".
- Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the cryptocurrency.
- OKX supports multiple deposit methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and third-party payment providers.
