- Ensure you have downloaded and installed the TronLink wallet extension or mobile app.
- Generate a new wallet or recover an existing one.
- Record your private key or seed phrase securely.
- Launch the TronLink wallet extension or mobile app.
- If you're using the wallet for the first time, follow the on-screen prompts to create a new wallet.
- If you have an existing wallet, click "Import Wallet" and enter your private key or seed phrase.
- After creating or importing your wallet, select the wallet type you wish to access.
- TronLink supports three wallet types: Standard, Ledger, and Watch-Only Account.
- Standard accounts are the most common and allow you to send, receive, and stake TRX and TRC20 tokens.
- Ledger accounts connect to a Ledger hardware wallet for enhanced security.
- Watch-Only Accounts let you monitor transactions without being able to send or receive funds.
- If you're using the TronLink web extension, enter your password to unlock your wallet.
- This password is set during the wallet creation process.
- If you're using a Ledger account, connect your Ledger device and approve the connection request on the device.
- Ensure your Ledger device is unlocked and has the Tron app installed.
- Once you're logged in, you will be redirected to the main dashboard of your TronLink wallet.
- This dashboard displays your wallet balances, recent transactions, and other account information.
- To send Tron (TRX), click on the "Send" tab and enter the recipient's address and the amount you wish to send.
- To receive Tron (TRX), provide your TronLink wallet address to the sender.
- To stake Tron (TRX), click on the "Stake" tab and choose the validator you wish to vote for.
- You can earn rewards for voting and locking up your TRX for a certain period.
- TronLink wallet allows you to connect to and interact with decentralized applications (DApps) built on the Tron network.
- Click on the "Discover" tab to browse available DApps and connect your wallet.
