how to delete token from metamask
If you no longer require a specific token in your MetaMask wallet, you can easily remove it by selecting "Hide Token" from the options menu beside the token.

MetaMask is a popular cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to store, send, and receive digital assets. It also supports custom tokens, which are ERC-20 tokens created by third-party developers. If you no longer need a custom token, you can remove it from your MetaMask wallet.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to delete a token from MetaMask:
- Open MetaMask and connect to your wallet.
- Click on the "Assets" tab.
- Find the token you want to delete and click on the three dots next to it.
- Select "Hide Token."
- Confirm your selection by clicking "Hide."
The token will now be hidden from your MetaMask wallet. You can still add it back to your wallet later if needed.
Note: Deleting a token does not remove it from the blockchain. It simply removes the token from your MetaMask wallet.
