How to Delete Network Metamask

1. Open Metamask:

  • Launch the Metamask wallet extension or mobile app.

2. Click on the Network Drop-down:

  • In the toolbar at the top of the Metamask interface, click on the network name currently displayed (e.g., Main Ethereum Network).

3. Select "Manage Networks":

  • A dropdown menu will appear. Click on "Manage Networks."

4. Select the Network to Delete:

  • A list of added networks will be displayed. Select the network you want to remove.

5. Click "Remove Network":

  • A confirmation dialog box will appear. Click on the "Remove Network" button.

6. Confirm Removal:

  • Metamask will prompt you to confirm the removal. Click on the "Confirm" button.

7. Complete Removal:

  • The selected network is now deleted from your Metamask wallet.

Additional Notes:

  • You can only delete networks that you have manually added. Networks that are automatically added by Metamask cannot be removed.
  • Removing a network will not affect your funds or transactions. Your assets will still be accessible on the original network.
  • If you accidentally delete a network, you can re-add it by clicking on the "Add Network" button in the Manage Networks section and providing the network details.
