How to Use Coinbase Wallet on Chrome
Coinbase Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to store, send, and receive cryptocurrencies securely. It can be used on the web, on iOS, or on Android.
In this article, we will show you how to use Coinbase Wallet on Chrome.
1. Install the Coinbase Wallet Extension
The first step is to install the Coinbase Wallet extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Open the Chrome Web Store.
- Search for Coinbase Wallet.
- Click the "Add to Chrome" button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
2. Create a Coinbase Wallet
Once you have the extension installed, you can create a Coinbase Wallet if you don't already have one.
- Open the Coinbase Wallet extension.
- Click on "Create a new wallet."
- Create a username and password for your wallet.
- Click on the "Create Account" button.
3. Add Funds to Your Wallet
Once you have created a wallet, you can add funds to it by sending cryptocurrency from another wallet or by buying cryptocurrency through Coinbase.
To send cryptocurrency to your wallet, you can copy your wallet address from the "Receive" tab and send the cryptocurrency to that address.
To buy cryptocurrency through Coinbase, click on the "Buy & Sell" tab and follow the instructions to purchase the cryptocurrency of your choice.
4. Send and Receive Cryptocurrency
You can send and receive cryptocurrency from your Coinbase Wallet to other wallets or addresses.
To send cryptocurrency, click on the "Send" tab and enter the recipient's address and the amount of cryptocurrency that you want to send. You can also add a message to the transaction.
To receive cryptocurrency, click on the "Receive" tab and copy the wallet address. You can then share this address with the person who is sending you cryptocurrency.
5. Manage Your Portfolio
Coinbase Wallet allows you to track your cryptocurrency portfolio and view your transaction history.
To manage your portfolio, click on the "Portfolio" tab. You will see a list of all of the cryptocurrencies that you hold in your wallet, as well as the current value of each cryptocurrency.
To view your transaction history, click on the "History" tab. You will see a list of all of the transactions that you have made through your wallet.
6. Settings
Click on the "Settings" tab to access your account settings. These settings allow you to change your password, add a recovery phrase, and enable or disable certain features.
