How to check my validator rewards in Keplr wallet?
To claim SCRT rewards on Secret Network via Keplr: select Secret Network, click Stake, hover to check claimable amounts (green = ready), manage validator, and confirm claim—rewards appear in your wallet within two blocks.
Jun 03, 2026 at 12:39 pm
Accessing Reward Dashboard
1. Launch the Keplr browser extension and ensure it is unlocked with your chosen authentication method.
2. Select Secret Network from the chain dropdown menu located at the top of the interface.
3. Click the Stake button to navigate directly to the staking dashboard hosted on Keplr’s official interface.
4. The dashboard automatically loads your delegated validators and displays real-time reward balances for each delegation.
Identifying Active Rewards
1. Under each validator entry, locate the Rewards column showing accumulated SCRT denominated in decimal precision.
2. Values appear in green if rewards are claimable; grayed-out figures indicate unclaimed but non-expiring balances.
3. Hover over the reward amount to reveal a tooltip showing the exact timestamp of the last reward accrual event.
4. A small bell icon appears beside validators whose reward balance exceeds 0.001 SCRT, signaling immediate claim eligibility.
Claiming Process Flow
1. Click the Manage button adjacent to your selected validator’s row.
2. In the modal window, select Claim Rewards — this triggers a transaction preview screen.
3. Review gas fee estimation and confirm the action using your wallet signature prompt.
4. Upon confirmation, the reward balance resets to zero for that validator and reflects as incoming SCRT in your wallet’s main balance within two blocks.
Tracking Historical Claims
1. Navigate to the Activity tab inside Keplr’s main interface after connecting to Secret Network.
2. Filter transactions by type: choose ClaimRewards from the dropdown selector.
3. Each entry shows validator address, claimed amount, block height, and Unix timestamp in UTC format.
4. Export functionality is unavailable natively, but copying transaction hashes allows manual verification via Secret Nodes or Big Dipper explorers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do rewards compound automatically after claiming?A: No. Keplr does not support auto-compounding. Claimed SCRT remains in your wallet balance and must be manually re-delegated to generate further yield.
Q: Can I claim rewards without paying gas fees?A: Gas fees are mandatory on Secret Network. Even minimal claims require sufficient SCRT to cover network transaction costs.
Q: Why does my reward balance show zero even though I’ve been staked for weeks?A: This occurs when your validator has not yet distributed accrued rewards — typically due to missed proposal votes or temporary slashing events affecting distribution cycles.
Q: Is there a delay between reward accrual and visibility in Keplr?A: Yes. Keplr refreshes reward data every 6–12 seconds. Manual page reload may be required if UI lags behind on-chain state updates.
