How to Change Trust Wallet Seed Phrase

1. Back Up Your Current Seed Phrase

  • Open Trust Wallet and tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner.
  • Go to "Settings" > "Security" > "Seed Phrase."
  • Tap "Show Seed Phrase."
  • Write down the seed phrase or take a secure screenshot.

2. Remove Your Current Seed Phrase

  • Tap "Remove Seed Phrase" at the bottom of the screen.
  • Enter your current PIN or password.
  • Confirm by tapping "Remove Seed Phrase."

3. Create a New Seed Phrase

  • Tap "Create New Seed Phrase."
  • Write down or securely screenshot the new seed phrase.
  • Repeat the process to confirm the new seed phrase.

4. Reset Trust Wallet

  • Tap "Reset App."
  • Enter your current PIN or password.
  • Confirm by tapping "Reset App."

5. Import Your New Seed Phrase

  • Open the newly installed Trust Wallet app.
  • Tap "Recover a wallet."
  • Select "I have my seed phrase."
  • Enter your new seed phrase and confirm.

6. Restore Your Wallet

  • Once your wallet is restored, you'll need to re-add any custom tokens or dApps you had previously imported.
  • You can add custom tokens by tapping the "Add Custom Token" button on the home screen.
