How to Change Coinbase Wallet Network

Coinbase Wallet is a popular cryptocurrency wallet that supports multiple networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance Smart Chain. Changing the network on your Coinbase Wallet allows you to interact with different blockchains and protocols.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to change the network on your Coinbase Wallet:

  1. Open Coinbase Wallet: Launch the Coinbase Wallet app on your mobile device or visit wallet.coinbase.com in a web browser.
  2. Tap on "Settings": At the bottom of the screen, locate and tap on the "Settings" tab.
  3. Select "Networks": Under the "Settings" menu, scroll down and tap on "Networks."
  4. Choose a Network: A list of available networks will appear. Tap on the network you wish to change to, such as "Ethereum" or "Binance Smart Chain."
  5. Confirm the Network: A confirmation message will appear, asking you to confirm that you are changing the network. Tap on "Confirm" to proceed.
  6. Wait for Confirmation: Coinbase Wallet will automatically switch to the new network and update your wallet interface accordingly. This process may take a few seconds.
  7. Verify the Network Change: To verify that the network change was successful, check the "Network" indicator at the top of the wallet interface. It should now display the name of the new network.

Note: Your assets and transactions will remain the same regardless of the network change. However, you will only be able to interact with assets and protocols that are compatible with the selected network.
