How to Cancel a Queued Transaction in Metamask

Metamask is one of the most popular cryptocurrency wallets, allowing users to store, send and track their assets on the Ethereum blockchain. It also allows users to interact with decentralized apps (dApps) and other blockchain-based services.

Sometimes, a transaction can get queued in Metamask due to network congestion or other reasons. If you want to cancel a queued transaction in Metamask, follow the steps below.

Open the Metamask extension: Click on the Metamask icon in your browser's toolbar.
Click on the "Activity" tab: This will show you a list of all your recent transactions and pending transactions.
Find the transaction you want to cancel: The transaction will be listed in chronological order, with the most recent transactions at the top.
Click on the "Cancel" button: This button will be located next to the transaction you want to cancel.
Confirm the transaction cancellation: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to cancel the transaction
Click on the "Confirm" button: The transaction will now be canceled and the funds will be returned to your wallet.
