How to Add ZetaChain Testnet to MetaMask1. Prerequisites:

Ensure you have a MetaMask wallet installed on your browser or mobile device.
Create a ZetaChain testnet account and obtain testnet tokens.

2. Access ZetaChain Testnet Network:

Open the MetaMask extension or app on your device.
Click on the "Settings" icon and select "Networks."
Click on "Add Network" at the top.

3. Configure Testnet Settings:

Enter the following values in the "Add Network" form:
- Network Name: ZetaChain Testnet
- RPC URL: https://rpc.testnet.zetachain.com
- Chain ID: 3030
- Currency Symbol: ZETA
- Block Explorer URL: https://gastracker.testnet.zetachain.com/

4. Add ZetaChain Assets to MetaMask:

To add ZetaChain (ZETA) testnet tokens to MetaMask, click on the "Add Token" button in the "Assets" tab.
Select "Custom Token" and enter the following values:
- Token Contract Address: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000
- Token Symbol: ZETA
- Token Decimals: 18

5. Impersonate Testnet Account:

Return to the "Networks" tab and select the "ZetaChain Testnet" network.
Click on the "Import Account" button.
Select "Private Key" as the import method and paste your ZetaChain testnet account private key into the field.
Click on "Import" to connect your testnet account to MetaMask.

6. Confirm Balance and Send Tokens (Optional):

Once your testnet account is connected, you can view your ZETA balance in MetaMask.
To send testnet tokens, click on the "Send" button and specify the recipient address, amount, and transfer fee.

7. Troubleshooting:

If the "Add Network" button is not visible, ensure you have enabled "Advanced" settings in MetaMask.
If the testnet tokens are not visible after adding the custom token, refresh the MetaMask page or clear your browser cache.
If you encounter any issues connecting or sending transactions, refer to the ZetaChain documentation for assistance.
