How to Add XMR to MetaMask

Prerequisites:

• Install MetaMask and create a new wallet if you don't already have one.
• Obtain XMR (Monero) from a reputable cryptocurrency exchange or wallet.

Step 1: Install the XMR Addon for MetaMask

• Open the MetaMask extension in your browser.
• Click the "Add to Chrome" (or equivalent for your browser) button.
• Search for "XMR Addon for MetaMask" in the Chrome Web Store.
• Click "Add to MetaMask" and confirm the installation.

Step 2: Configure the XMR RPC

• Open the MetaMask extension and click the "Settings" icon.
• Navigate to the "Networks" tab.
• Click "Add Network."
• In the "Network Name" field, enter "XMR Mainnet."
• In the "New RPC URL" field, enter the following:
