How to Add xDai to Coinbase Wallet

Step 1: Create a Coinbase Wallet

If you don't already have one, create a Coinbase Wallet by downloading it from the official website or app store.

Step 2: Sign Up for xDai Relay

Go to the xDai Relay website and create an account. This is necessary to bridge your funds between Ethereum and xDai networks.

Step 3: Deposit Mainnet Assets

In your Coinbase Wallet, make sure you have ETH or any other supported currency like DAI in your main account.

Step 4: Bridge Eth to xDAI

Go to the xDai Relay dashboard and click on "Bridge". Enter the amount of ETH you want to bridge to xDai and initiate the transaction by clicking "Continue".

Step 5: Configure xDai Network in Coinbase Wallet

Go to "Settings" in your Coinbase Wallet and enable "Custom Networks". Add the xDai network by selecting "Custom Network" and entering the following details:

Network Name: xDai
New RPC URL: https://rpc.xdaichain.com
Chain ID: 100
Currency Symbol: xDai
Block Explorer URL: https://blockscout.com/xdai/mainnet

Step 6: Transfer xDai to Coinbase Wallet

Once the bridge transaction is complete, your xDai tokens will be visible in your xDai Relay dashboard. Click on "Withdraw" and enter your Coinbase Wallet xDai address to transfer the tokens.

Step 7: Verify the Transaction

Confirm the withdrawal in your Coinbase Wallet. Once it's processed, your xDai tokens will be visible in the "xDai" section of your wallet.
