How to Add TRC20 Network to MetaMask

MetaMask, a popular cryptocurrency wallet, supports a wide range of blockchain networks, including the TRON network. To interact with TRC20 tokens, the TRC20 network must be added to your MetaMask wallet.

Steps:1. Open MetaMask and Connect to Network

Launch MetaMask on your browser and click on the "Networks" dropdown menu. Select "Custom RPC."

2. Enter TRC20 Network Details

In the "New RPC URL" field, enter the TRON mainnet network's RPC URL: https://mainnet.tron.network

3. Network Name

In the "Network Name" field, enter "TRON Mainnet" or any preferred name for identification.

4. Chain ID

In the "Chain ID" field, enter the chain ID for TRON Mainnet: 1

5. Currency Symbol

In the "Currency Symbol" field, enter the currency symbol for TRON: TRX

6. Block Explorer URL

In the "Block Explorer URL" field, enter the URL for the TRON block explorer, such as: https://tronscan.org/#/

7. Save Settings

Click on the "Save" button to add the TRC20 network to your MetaMask wallet.

Additional Note:

The TRC20 network may not appear in the list of available networks on MetaMask. You must manually add it using custom RPC.
After adding the TRC20 network, you can switch to it by selecting it from the "Networks" dropdown.
TRC20 tokens can be sent and received using MetaMask, similar to other cryptocurrencies supported by the wallet.
