How to Add Solana Network to MetaMask Wallet

However, Solana is not natively supported by MetaMask. This guide will help you add the Solana network to your MetaMask wallet, allowing you to interact with decentralized applications (dApps) and manage your SOL tokens.

Prerequisites:

• MetaMask wallet installed as a browser extension
• Solana network URL
• RPC URL
• Chain ID
• Currency symbol
• Block explorer URL

Instructions:

1. Open your MetaMask wallet:

   • Click on the MetaMask icon in your browser's toolbar.
   • Enter your password to unlock your wallet.

2. Click on the dropdown menu:

   • Locate the dropdown menu next to the "Ethereum Mainnet" label in the top-right corner of the interface.
   • Click on the downward arrow to expand the menu.

3. Select "Custom RPC":

   • Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on "Custom RPC."

4. Enter Solana network details:

   • In the "Network Name" field, enter "Solana Mainnet."
