How to add Shiba Inu Mainnet (SHIB) to MetaMask.
By following a simple set of instructions, you can seamlessly integrate Shiba Inu Mainnet (SHIB) into your MetaMask wallet, enabling you to securely manage and transact SHIB tokens.

Shiba Inu Mainnet (SHIB) is an ERC-20 token that can be stored and managed in MetaMask, a popular cryptocurrency wallet. Adding SHIB to MetaMask is a simple process that can be completed in a few steps.
Prerequisites:- Install MetaMask on your browser or mobile device.
- Create a MetaMask wallet or import an existing one.
- Navigate to the Custom Token Tab:
- Open MetaMask and click on the "Assets" tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Add Token" button.
- Select the "Custom Token" tab.
- Enter SHIB Contract Address:
- In the "Token Contract Address" field, enter the SHIB mainnet contract address: 0x95ad61b0a150d79219dcf64e1e6cc01f0b64c4ce
- Enter SHIB Token Details:
- In the "Token Symbol" field, enter SHIB.
- In the "Token Decimal" field, enter 18 (the number of decimal places for SHIB).
- Add SHIB Token:
- Click on the "Add Token" button to add the SHIB token to your MetaMask wallet.
- You will see SHIB displayed in the list of assets in your wallet.
- Make sure you input the correct contract address to avoid adding a scam token or losing your funds.
- MetaMask may require you to confirm the addition of SHIB to your wallet.
- The added SHIB token will be visible on the "Assets" tab in MetaMask, along with your other tokens.
- You can now send, receive, and store SHIB in your MetaMask wallet.
