How to Add Klaytn to MetaMask

1. Install MetaMask

• Go to the MetaMask website (https://metamask.io/) and download the extension for your browser.
• Create a new wallet or import an existing one.

2. Add Klaytn Mainnet

• Click on the "Networks" tab in MetaMask.

• Click on "Add Network" and enter the following details:

  • Network Name: Klaytn Mainnet
  • New RPC URL: https://api.klaytnapi.com/v1/cpcn
  • Chain ID: 8217
  • Currency Symbol: KLAY
  • Block Explorer URL: https://scope.klaytn.com/

3. Add Klaytn Baobab Testnet

• If you want to add the Klaytn Baobab Testnet, click on "Add Network" again.

• Enter the following details:

  • Network Name: Klaytn Baobab Testnet

    • New RPC URL: https://api.baobab.klaytn.net:8651
    • Chain ID: 1001
    • Currency Symbol: KLAY
    • Block Explorer URL: https://baobab.scope.klaytn.com/

4. Import KLAY Tokens

• Click on the "Assets" tab in MetaMask.
• Click on "Import Tokens" and enter the KLAY token contract address: 0x44f958206e5ffc546cd12b5903138f12038513a9
• Click on "Add Custom Token" and the KLAY token will be added to your MetaMask wallet.

5. Switch to Klaytn Network

• Click on the "Networks" dropdown menu and select "Klaytn Mainnet" or "Klaytn Baobab Testnet" depending on which network you want to use.
