How to Add KCC Network to MetaMask

The KCC network, a decentralized blockchain platform, allows for the development of decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts. To interact with dApps and smart contracts on the KCC network, you will need to add it to your MetaMask wallet.

Step 1: Open the MetaMask Wallet

Launch the MetaMask extension or app and log in if not already.

Step 2: Click on the "Networks" Option

In the upper-right corner of the wallet interface, click on the "Networks" button.

Step 3: Click on "Add Network"

At the bottom of the networks list, click on the "Add Network" button.

Step 4: Enter the KCC Network Details

Fill in the following details in the "Add a network" pop-up:

  • Network Name: KCC-Mainnet
  • New RPC URL: https://rpc-mainnet.kcc.network
  • Chain ID: 321
  • Currency Symbol: KCS
  • Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.kcc.io/

Step 5: Click "Save"

Once the details are entered, click on the "Save" button to add the KCC network to your MetaMask wallet.

Step 6: Verify the Network

You should now see the "KCC-Mainnet" network listed under the "Networks" tab. To verify the network, click on the "KCS" button in the wallet's top bar. You should now see a balance of 0 KCS, indicating that your MetaMask wallet is successfully connected to the KCC network.
