How to Add Ethereum to Coinbase Wallet

Step 1: Create a Coinbase Account

  • Visit Coinbase.com and click the "Sign Up" button.
  • Enter your email address, create a password, and verify your identity.

Step 2: Create a Coinbase Wallet

  • On the Coinbase dashboard, click the "Portfolio" tab.
  • Click the "Add Wallet" button.
  • Select "Ethereum (ETH)" and click "Create Wallet."

Step 3: Transfer Ethereum to Your Coinbase Wallet

  • There are two methods to transfer Ethereum to your Coinbase wallet:

    • Buy Ethereum from Coinbase: Click the "Buy" tab and follow the instructions to purchase Ethereum using your bank account or debit card.
    • Transfer Ethereum from another wallet: Click the "Receive" tab in your Ethereum wallet and copy the wallet address. Then, send Ethereum from your external wallet to this address.

Step 4: View Your Ethereum Balance
