How to Add Core to Trust Wallet

Step 1: Check Core Compatibility

Ensure that Core (CORE) is compatible with the Trust Wallet version you are using.

Step 2: Add Custom Network

  • Launch Trust Wallet and tap "Settings" (gear icon) at the bottom right.
  • Scroll down and select "Networks".
  • Tap "Add Network" and enter the following details:

    • Network Name: Core Mainnet
    • RPC URL: https://rpc.coredao.org
    • Chain ID: 42262
  • Tap "Save" to add the custom network.

Step 3: Find Core Address

  • Get your CORE address from the Core website or explorer.

Step 4: Import Core Address

  • Tap "Receive" in Trust Wallet.
  • Select "Scan QR Code" and scan the QR code for your CORE address.
  • Alternatively, tap "Core" and manually enter your address.

Step 5: Transfer Core

  • Obtain CORE from a supported exchange or another wallet.
  • Go to the exchange or wallet used to hold CORE.
  • Initiate a withdrawal and enter your Trust Wallet CORE address as the destination.
  • Complete the withdrawal process.

Step 6: Confirm Transaction

  • Allow sufficient time for the transaction to be processed.
  • Check your Trust Wallet for the incoming CORE balance.

Additional Notes:

  • CORE may not appear in Trust Wallet immediately. Refresh the wallet or wait a few minutes to see the balance.
  • Withdrawals from exchanges may require network fees in ETH or another supported cryptocurrency. Ensure you have enough funds for the fees.
  • For security reasons, consider using a hardware wallet to store your CORE.
