How to Add the Blast Network to MetaMask

Materials Needed:

MetaMask wallet installed on your browser or device
Stable internet connection

Steps:

1. Open MetaMask:
Launch MetaMask and ensure it is connected to your desired network (e.g., Ethereum Mainnet).

2. Click "Add Network":
Select the "Settings" tab in MetaMask and scroll down to find the "Networks" section. Click on "Add Network."

3. Enter Network Details:
In the "Add a network" window, enter the following details:

Network Name: Blast Network
RPC URL: https://networks.blastapi.io/main
Chain ID: 42622
Symbol: SOUL
Explorer URL: https://explorer.blastapi.io/ (Optional)

4. Click "Save":
Once you have entered all the necessary details, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the window.

5. Verify Network Addition:
MetaMask will add the Blast Network to your list of installed networks. Select it from the "Network" drop-down menu to switch to it.

6. Send Tokens:
You can now send tokens from your MetaMask wallet to addresses on the Blast Network. Make sure to check the address format and network details carefully before sending any transactions.

7. Verify Transaction Status:
Once you have sent the tokens, you can track the transaction status on the Blast Network Explorer: https://explorer.blastapi.io/.

Additional Notes:

The Blast Network is a proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain, so staking is available for earning rewards.
The native token of the Blast Network is SOUL.
The Blast Network is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), meaning you can interact with decentralized applications (dApps) developed for Ethereum.
