What is RPL coin? Introduction to platforms that can buy and sell RPL coins
Rocket Pool (RPL) is an innovative decentralized network that allows individuals to participate in Ethereum staking without the hefty requirement of 32 ETH, offering lower entry barriers and enhanced network security.
Oct 01, 2024 at 08:42 pm

Rocket Pool (RPL) is a cryptocurrency and decentralized network that enables individuals to run Ethereum node validator software on their own computers without needing to stake the required 32 ETH.
How Does Rocket Pool Work?- Node Operators: Individuals can deposit ETH to run Ethereum validator software on Rocket Pool and earn staking rewards.
- Minipools: ETH is pooled into groups of 16 to create minipools, each representing 1/16th of an Ethereum validator.
- rETH: Depositors receive rETH tokens that represent their staked ETH and accrue staking rewards.
- Validators: Node operators are randomly assigned to minipools and become validators, securing the Ethereum network.
- Reward Sharing: Node operators and depositors share the staking rewards earned by minipools.
- Lower Barriers to Entry: RPL allows individuals to participate in Ethereum staking without the need for 32 ETH.
- Reduced Risk: Minipools spread risk across multiple validators, reducing the impact of any single validator being slashed.
- Enhanced Network Security: By decentralizing validators across the Rocket Pool network, it helps secure the Ethereum network.
Here are some platforms where you can buy and sell RPL coins:
- Binance
- Coinbase
- Kraken
- Uniswap
- PancakeSwap
