How to Whitelist on Coinbase1. Access the Whitelist Portal

Visit the Coinbase Whitelist Portal at https://coinbase.com/card/verification/preauth.
Log in to your Coinbase account using your email and password.

2. Provide Personal Information

Enter your full name, address, date of birth, and Social Security number.
Ensure that the information matches the details on your Coinbase account.

3. Upload Identification Documents

You will need to provide two forms of identification:
- Government-issued photo ID: Driver's license, passport, or state ID card.
- Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or mortgage statement with your current address.

4. Submit Pre-authorization Request

Once you have uploaded your identification documents, click the "Submit" button.
Coinbase will pre-authorize a small amount of money on your card to verify your account. This amount will be returned to you immediately.

5. Finalize Whitelisting

After a successful pre-authorization, you will receive an email from Coinbase confirming your whitelisting status.
You can now use Coinbase Card for purchases and withdrawals without triggering additional identity verification.

Note:

Whitelisting may take up to 24 hours to complete.
Once whitelisted, your status will remain active as long as your Coinbase account is in good standing.
You may be required to re-whitelist your account if significant changes are made to your personal information or Coinbase account.
