How to view trade history on MEXC? (Order Records)

MEXC用户可登录官网(mexc.com)→点击“Orders”→切换至“Order History”,筛选时间/交易对后导出CSV;记录永久保存,但单次导出限180天。(155字)

Apr 16, 2026 at 04:00 pm

Accessing Order Records via Web Interface

1. Log in to your MEXC account using the official domain mexc.com and ensure the browser displays a padlock icon indicating a secure HTTPS connection.

2. Navigate to the top-right corner of the homepage and click on the “Orders” tab located in the main navigation bar.

3. The Orders page loads with default filtering set to “Unfilled Orders”, but users can switch to “Order History” to retrieve completed, canceled, and expired entries.

4. Apply filters by selecting date range, order status (e.g., filled, canceled), or specific trading pair using the dropdown menus above the table.

5. Each row displays timestamp, symbol, side (buy/sell), type (limit/market), executed price, executed quantity, and total value in quote currency.

Retrieving Trade History Through Mobile Application

1. Launch the official MEXC mobile app downloaded from App Store or Google Play—avoid third-party APK sources.

2. Tap the bottom navigation bar’s “Assets” icon, then select “Order History” from the secondary menu.

3. Swipe left or right to toggle between “Spot Orders”, “Margin Orders”, and “Futures Orders” sections depending on trade type.

4. Tap any individual order entry to view detailed execution logs, including fill timestamps, fee deductions, and trade ID.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the order detail screen to find the “Export as CSV” option for local archival.

Exporting and Archiving Historical Data

1. On the web-based Order History page, locate the “Export” button positioned above the data table.

2. Choose time frame: options include last 7 days, last 30 days, or custom range spanning up to 180 days.

3. Select file format: only CSV is supported for download; no PDF or Excel variants are available.

4. Initiate download—file name auto-generates with timestamp and account ID suffix to prevent overwrites.

5. Verify integrity by opening the CSV in spreadsheet software and cross-checking first and last entries against on-screen records.

Filtering Mechanisms and Search Precision

1. Enter a full or partial order ID into the search bar at the top of the Order History page to isolate a specific transaction.

2. Click column headers such as Symbol, Status, or Date to sort ascending or descending without reloading the page.

3. Use the advanced filter icon (three horizontal lines) to combine criteria: e.g., “BTC/USDT + Filled + Last 14 Days”.

4. Clear all active filters by clicking the “Reset” button adjacent to the search field.

5. Note that filters persist across sessions unless manually reset; no automatic timeout clears them after inactivity.

Verification and Audit Readiness

1. Each order record contains a unique alphanumeric Trade ID matching the corresponding entry in the Trade History tab under Assets.

2. Fee amounts are listed separately per order and denominated in the base asset or quote asset depending on trade direction.

3. Timestamps reflect UTC+0 and do not adjust for local timezone settings—users must manually convert if required for jurisdictional reporting.

4. No editable fields appear in the interface; all displayed values are read-only and cryptographically anchored to blockchain settlement proofs.

5. Withdrawal-related trades appear under “Withdrawal Records” in the Asset section—not within Order History—even if initiated via trading interface logic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Does MEXC retain order history beyond 180 days?Yes. MEXC stores all order records indefinitely on its backend. However, the web interface restricts export scope to maximum 180 days per request. Users must run sequential exports to retrieve older segments.

Q2: Why does an order appear as “Partially Filled” but show zero executed volume? This occurs when price conditions were met momentarily but liquidity vanished before matching. The system logs the attempt but records no actual transfer—volume remains zero while status reflects exchange-side processing state.

Q3: Can I delete or hide specific orders from my history view? No. MEXC does not provide deletion, hiding, or manual curation tools for order records. All entries are immutable and visible in full chronological sequence.

Q4: Are stop-limit orders included in the standard Order History list?Yes. Stop-limit orders appear once triggered. Prior to activation, they reside exclusively in the Open Orders section and do not populate historical reports until execution or cancellation.
