How to view your trade history on KuCoin? (Order Records)
To access KuCoin’s Trade History, log in, click your profile → Orders → Order History tab, then filter by date, pair, or status—filled trades only appear here, not canceled or open orders.
Apr 04, 2026 at 02:20 pm
Accessing the Trade History Interface
1. Log in to your KuCoin account using verified credentials and two-factor authentication.
2. Navigate to the top-right corner of the dashboard and click on the user profile icon.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Orders to open the order management panel.
4. Choose the Order History tab located at the top of the orders page.
5. Ensure the correct trading pair or asset is selected if filtering is applied manually.
Understanding Order Record Categories
1. Open Orders display active limit, stop-limit, or trigger orders not yet executed.
2. Order History contains all completed, canceled, and expired orders within the selected time range.
3. Trade History shows only filled transactions with price, quantity, timestamp, and fee details.
4. Each record includes a unique Order ID, status indicator, and execution type (e.g., Maker/Taker).
5. The Side column explicitly marks Buy or Sell actions for every entry.
Filtering and Searching Specific Records
1. Use the date range selector to narrow results between custom start and end timestamps.
2. Enter a trading pair symbol such as BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT into the search bar to isolate related orders.
3. Apply status filters like Filled, Canceled, or Partially Filled to refine output.
4. Click the Export button to download CSV files containing full order metadata and trade logs.
5. Sort columns by clicking headers—price, amount, time, or status—to rearrange entries dynamically.
Interpreting Key Data Fields
1. Avg. Price reflects the weighted average execution price across multiple fills for a single order.
2. Executed Quantity indicates how much of the original order size was matched and settled.
3. Fee displays the exact amount deducted in the base or quote currency based on your tier and rebate settings.
4. Time shows UTC timestamp with millisecond precision for audit and reconciliation purposes.
5. Type specifies whether the order was placed as Limit, Market, Stop Market, or Stop Limit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can I view trade history older than 90 days?Yes. KuCoin retains order records for up to 180 days. For earlier data, users must have previously exported and saved CSV files.
Q2: Why does my Trade History show zero entries even though I executed trades? This occurs when the selected time range excludes transaction timestamps or when filters hide matching records. Reset all filters and expand the date window to verify.
Q3: Is there a difference between Order History and Trade History on KuCoin?Yes. Order History includes all placed orders regardless of execution status. Trade History lists only those with actual fills and settlement events.
Q4: Do API keys retrieve the same trade history as the web interface?Yes. The private /api/v1/fills endpoint returns identical trade data including fee breakdowns, timestamps, and order IDs as displayed in the UI.
