How to View PNL in KuCoin

Profit and Loss (PNL) is a crucial metric for traders to gauge their performance. It indicates the difference between the price at which an asset was purchased and its current market value.

Steps to View PNL in KuCoin:

  1. Log in to KuCoin: Access your KuCoin account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Trading Account: Click on "Assets" from the top menu bar and select "Trading Account."
  3. Find Your Position: In the "Trading Account" page, you will see a list of your positions. Identify the position you want to view the PNL for.
  4. Hover Over the Position: Place your cursor over the position you have selected. A pop-up window will appear.
  5. View PNL Information: The PNL information for the position is displayed in the pop-up window. It may be indicated as "Unrealized PNL" if the position is still open, and "Realized PNL" if the position has been closed.

Additional Notes:

  • Unrealized PNL is subject to change as the price of the asset fluctuates.
  • Realized PNL represents the profit or loss that has been booked after closing a position.
  • To view the historical PNL of all your positions, click on "History" from the "Trading Account" page.
  • You can also filter your positions by status (open/closed) and time period to view PNL data more granularly.
