To unbind a mobile phone number from a Dubai OKX account, users should navigate to their Security Settings, select the desired number, initiate the unbinding process, confirm their identity, and complete the unbinding by re-entering their login password and a verification code.

How to Unbind Mobile Phone Number on Dubai OKXStep 1: Access Account Settings

Log in to your Dubai OKX account.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Select "Security Settings" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Validate Identity

Enter your login password to verify your identity.
Complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) process using your Google Authenticator code or SMS verification.

Step 3: Navigate to Mobile Phone Bindings

Under the "Security Management" section, click on "Mobile Phone Bindings."

Step 4: Select Mobile Number

A list of your bound mobile phone numbers will appear.
Select the mobile phone number you want to unbind.

Step 5: Initiate Unbinding Process

Click on the "Unbind" button associated with the selected mobile number.
A confirmation message will appear, prompting you to double-check the unbinding request.

Step 6: Confirm Unbinding

Re-enter your login password to confirm the unbinding process.
Enter the verification code sent to your email or registered mobile phone number.

Step 7: Complete Unbinding

Once the verification is complete, your mobile phone number will be successfully unbound from your Dubai OKX account.

Note:

You will not be able to receive SMS verifications or use 2FA via the unbound mobile phone number after it has been removed.
It is recommended to bind a new mobile phone number to your account for added security.
