How to suspend at Dubai OKX

For enhanced security, users can suspend their OKX accounts by logging in, navigating to "Settings," and following the prompts under "Suspend Account" after entering their verification code.

How to Suspend at Dubai OKX1. Log in to your OKX account

Visit the OKX website (https://www.okx.com) and log in to your account.

2. Click on the "Settings" icon

Once you are logged in, click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Select "Security & Privacy"

From the drop-down menu, select "Security & Privacy."

4. Find the "Suspend Account" section

Scroll down to the "Suspend Account" section and click on the "Suspend" button.

5. Enter your verification code

You will be prompted to enter your verification code. Enter the code that was sent to your registered email address or phone number.

6. Click on the "Suspend Account" button

Once you have entered the verification code, click on the "Suspend Account" button.

7. Your account will be suspended

Your OKX account will now be suspended. You will not be able to access your account or make any trades until you unsuspend it.

8. To unsuspend your account, follow the steps above and click on the "Unsuspend" button instead of the "Suspend" button.

Note: If you have any funds in your OKX account when you suspend it, they will be locked until you unsuspend your account. You will not be able to withdraw or trade these funds until your account is unsuspended.
