How to Send Cryptocurrency on Kraken

Step 1: Log into Your Kraken Account

Step 2: Click on the "Funding" Tab

Once logged in, hover over the "Funding" tab in the top menu bar and select "Withdraw."

Step 3: Select the Currency and Enter the Withdrawal Address

From the "Withdraw" page, choose the cryptocurrency you want to send. Enter the withdrawal address of the recipient's wallet or exchange account.

Step 4: Verify the Amount and Address

Carefully check the withdrawal address to ensure it is correct. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.

Step 5: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you have not already enabled 2FA for your account, you will be prompted to do so for enhanced security. Follow the on-screen instructions to set it up.

Step 6: Review and Confirm the Withdrawal

Once you have entered all the details, review the withdrawal details carefully. Click on "Submit Request" to confirm the withdrawal.

Step 7: Generate and Submit the Withdrawal Code

You will receive a withdrawal code via email or SMS, depending on your 2FA settings. Enter the code to verify the withdrawal and click on "Request Withdrawal."

Step 8: Monitor the Transaction

Kraken will process your withdrawal request and send the cryptocurrency to the specified address. You can monitor the transaction status by selecting "Withdrawals" under the "Funding" tab.
