To begin trading on BigONE, new users must register an account, finalize identity verification, and deposit funds to enable unrestricted trading capabilities.

1. Creating Your BigONE Account
- Download the BigONE app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Launch the app and click "Sign Up" to create a new account.
- Enter your email address, create a password, and agree to the terms of service.
- You will receive a verification code in your email. Enter the code in the app to complete the sign-up process.
2. Identity Verification (KYC)
- Once you have created your account, you will need to complete identity verification (KYC) to enable full trading functionality.
- Click on the "Profile" icon in the bottom menu bar.
- Select "Identity Verification" from the menu.
- Upload copies of your government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license) and a selfie holding your ID.
- BigONE will review your documents and typically completes the verification process within 24 hours.
3. Depositing Funds into Your Account
- To purchase coins, you will need to deposit funds into your BigONE account.
- Click on the "Assets" tab in the bottom menu bar.
- Select "Deposit."
- Choose the coin you want to deposit and follow the instructions provided by the exchange.
- You can deposit funds via wire transfer, credit/debit card, or other supported payment methods.
4. Finding the Coin You Want to Buy
- Once you have deposited funds into your account, you can start buying coins.
- Click on the "Trade" tab in the bottom menu bar.
- Select the coin pair you want to trade (e.g., BTC/USDT).
- The order book will display the available buy and sell orders for that coin pair.
5. Placing a Buy Order
- To place a buy order, enter the amount of coins you want to purchase in the "Amount" field.
- Select the type of order you want to place (e.g., market order, limit order).
- Click the "Buy BTC" button to submit your order.
- Your order will be matched with a sell order in the order book.
6. Monitoring Your Order
- Once you have placed an order, you can monitor its status in the "Orders" tab.
- You can also view your order history in the "History" tab.
7. Withdrawing Coins from Your Account
- Once you have purchased coins, you can withdraw them from your BigONE account to a personal wallet.
- Click on the "Assets" tab in the bottom menu bar.
- Select the coin you want to withdraw.
- Click on the "Withdraw" button and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Follow the instructions provided by the exchange to complete the withdrawal process.
